We are using the T-500 Still Spirits boiler because I know there a bunch of people that already have the boiler but maybe are having issues with the column that comes with it. Either breaking or leaking. I built a great little adapter that you can use to go from the T-500 boiler and stock top to 2" Tri Clover. Then added a bunch of killer distilling attachments.
