Hello friends
I just came back after a long hiatus from brewing. I last bottled a wine in 2010.
We're on our fourth year of beekeeping and I had a batch of honey that got irreversibly crystallized and that I couldn't sell as raw honey any longer and thus my journey into mead making began!
I had previously only done beer and wine - unless you count the one batch of mead I killed years ago and never got to drink.
A pleasure to be on this great resource and looking to forward to gaining knowledge and sharing experiences.
