I'm an extract brewer making the transition to all grain (soon as I can get my hands on a 10" ss false bottom) in the Chicago area (Currently Oak Park, moving soon to Hyde Park).
Looking forward to finding a few new recipes and getting feedback on existing recipes.
If anyone has a really great Kölsch recipe...I'd be much obliged (ideally all grain, along the lines of a Reissdorf)
