Hey y'all. New Houston area brewer here. My wife got me the DeFalcos super-whamodyne kit for Christmas, been wanting it for years.
My first batch (Defalcos brown ale, liquid malt extract kit) is about 4 days into second stage. Tasted great on the racking sample, OG and the SG I took while siphoning were right on target.
Looks like a great community here, so I'm excited to join. If any if y'all are local and belong to the Mashtranauts, I'll be there next week with "The Mad Baker".
