Hi I am Davis,
I started brewing in 1995. I took a 10 yr hiatus(wife,Kid,House) and began brewing again last year. I am a member of one of the best up coming brew clubs in New England, Middlesex Malters based in central CT members from Cheshire to East Hampton and everywhere in between!
I just brewed my first 5 gallon All Grain batch yesterday. It is what I am calling and American IPA with an AU flair. Its a SMASH using Mild malt and Stella Hops. OG came out at 1.060 Should be yummie! This was an unusual beer for me as I am a Malt Head. My Beer motto is "I like any beer I can Chew"
