I'm not sure if they were the last or not, but I know it has been not too long ago that it was legalized. We are a little slow to get around to things down here sometimes. Haha

Odd question: The "Fire 97" in your user name doesn't happen to be a soccer reference, does it?

No. I'm a firefighter and 97 is my gear number.
