Have to modify somethings but it should be awesome when it is done. It looks like it can hold 50 gallons but is sectional so I can adjust for size as needed.

What size tri clover do most peolpe use? I am looking at 1 inch or 1/2 inch but have not made a choice as of yet.

Wow, I would guess 1" for that size. Nice, I'm in Santa Rosa

I'd use 1.5'' or 2'' for the dump tc. 1'' would be fine for the racking port. I'd give at least a half gallon of space below the racking port. I have about a quart below mine, which holds 22gal total, and it's not quite enough. Nice work!
