New Brewer from Dallas

What's up guys- I'm a new brewer in the Dallas area. Love all the info on the forums. Been super useful so far. I just finished batch number 2 and am looking for a recipe for batch number 3. Looking at doing one of these stove top partial mashes (https://byo.com/stories/item/507-countertop-partial-mashing).

Also, planning a fridge-to-ferm chamber conversions. All the info in the DIY section has been great reading, but I'm sure I'll have questions.
