Hello all! I just started my first extract brew with my girlfriend about eleven days ago. I love beer and she works at a taproom (it works out rather well). Our brew was to aim for a wee heavy ale, which it's turning out to be more like a scotch ale. Either way, I can't wait to try the finished product and start my next batch! This site has answered a lot of my questions throughout this last week. So here's a thanks to hombrewtalk and everyone on the forum for sharing their brew master knowledge!
