Hi all. My local shop has these on discount, and I wanted to see if anyone knew if this beer is pasteurized or not, and can I use the yeast dregs? Trying to not spend a ridiculous amount of money on commercial sours to get the dregs for my lambics and Flanders red. Thanks.

The recent New Belgium releases are flash pasteurized to insure you get what the blenders created. So no usable dregs, Delicious sours tho.

The ones with corks/cages have the viable bugs in them.
