Neked Sasquatch IPA

12 lbs. Golden Promise base malt Pale Malt (UK 2 row)
1 lb. Munich 10L
1 lb. Golden Naked Caracrytstal Oats
4 oz. Hugh Bairds Crystal 50/60L
1 oz. Warrior- Bittering
2 oz. Amarillo-flavoring 20min to end
2 oz. Citra-flavoring 10 min to end
1 oz. Cascade hops- Dry Hops
1lb. DME
1lb.Corn Sugar
American Ale Wyeast 1056 XL Smack Pack

Brewer mills grain
Water treatment optional
Single infusion mash at 154F for 90 min.
Sparge with a post-boil volume of 5 gallons in mind.
Bittering Hops boiled for full 75 min.
Irish Moss/Goldflock optional
Kettle knock-out volume of 5 gallons (or topped up to 5 gallons).
Fermenter volume should not be adjusted.
Ferment at or below 65F with yeast for 2 weeks 2nd after 1 week
Finings optional
Filtration not allowed
Carbonation method optional
