Neglected Perlicks - How to revive them?

I have some neglected Perlick 575 faucets. You can see in the picture that there is some rust on them. What should I do to clean them up? A long soak in PBW, scrub the rust off and scrub with Bar Keepers Friend? Should I dissemble them?

Disassemble, buy rebuild kits to replace the seals and give them a long soak in hot PBW or oxyclean, scrub with BKF and reassemble. Also get a small brush to get into the tail pieces.
