So i have a coopers blonde to keg and dont have my kegerator yet so cant keep it cold, how should i go about carbing it at room temp, the keg calculator say for my temp amd co2 pressure to set it at 41 psi, does this sound right any suggestions?

You can carb up at very high pressure while waiting for your keg to arrive, but unless you have a wicked long keg line, I don't think you'll be able to serve it properly.

If you have the time, you could just do a natural carb with some dextrose in the keg. I believe you would only need about half the amount, say 2.5oz but hopefully someone else knows for sure.
