I have coopers IPA HME, dextrose, 2lb liquid malt extract. Recipi calls for HME, 300g dextrose, 500g DME. Brew store did not have DME, only liquid. How much of the liquid equals the amount of DME, that is called for?
 
Its not 1-1, there is a conversion rate. Stolen from an old post by Yooper:

A handy way to think of grain/DME/LME is this: 1 lb grain = .75 lb LME = .6 lb DME
