Need photos and/or description of gas hookups

I am building a single tier brew stand with three burners. I am using two 10" banjos and a smaller banjo. I went to a plumbing supply to get gas hoses and connectors and they didn't have the stuff to make it work. I want to be able to use them manually until I can build in the automation.

I was thinking of using 1/2" gas hose from appliance hookups then using 1/2"male thread to 1/2 flare...then a flare female swivel...then the orifice valve. I will use a ball valve to connect supply pipe to gas hose at the supply end.

Thoughts on making the connections?

If you're going to use propane then 1/2" is more than you need. 1/4" is common and cheap, 1/4" can supply more than you need as well. I just used 1/4" copper tubing with compression fittings for my 10" banjos.

It's all low pressure, so it's not critical like factory made high pressure hoses use in camping, etc.
