I'm brewing my Pond water brew this weekend and I'm looking for my hop schedule.

Basically I take all the left over grain and hops I have from previous brews and try to make a decent beer.

My grist looks like this:

10lb Canadian 2-row
.5lb Marris Otter (already milled need to use it up)
10oz briess 60L
.5lb Carastan

I'll be fermenting with Nottingham Yeast

My left over hops are as follows:
1oz Sterling
.5oz Centennial
.75oz simcoe
.75oz Amarillo
.75oz Pearle
2.25oz Northern Brewer

I'm feeling a little hoppy but Im also still a rookie, so I'm not sure which Hops will clash with which hops.

If you wish to dry hop, although I cannot see you having enough for that, I would use Amarillo, Simcoe and Centennial.

Perle, Sterling and Northern Brewer, could be used for bittering.

But for my taste, seeing the recipe looks pretty good, I would not dry hop. I would instead bitter with Perle and Sterling and perform a whirlpool at lower temperature using the 3 hop varieties I mentioned above.

That should yield an OK tasting golden/pale ale.
