I'm working on a brew stand that will be very similar to some of the Brutus 10 builds out there that use the Honeywell Furnace valve. I'd like to go high pressure to a gas manifold built from black pipe and then have low pressure regulators on the HLT and MLT.

When I was looking at various regulators I found that there are many varieties and I'm having a tough time picking out the regulator and the parts that go with it.

Also, it looks like the low pressure regulators are not adjustable and operate at only one level. Is that the case?

Planning on having a gas valve at each branch of the manifold.

It's true that 11" WC propane regulators all seem to be fixed. Probably a good thing.
Assuming you'll be using BG14 burners you want to find a Low Pressure High Output regulator with suitable BTU rating to keep your burners well fed...

Cheers!
