I'm thinking about doing an American Wheat with all New Zealand hops. I have the malt base down (your basic 2row/wheat mix) but need some input on the hops. The NZ hops I have are Nelson, Moteuka, Pacifica, and Wakatu.

My initial thoughts are a Nelson FWH (30ibus), then a 1:1:1:1 ratio at 5, 0, dry hop. Around .75oz each for the later additions and dry hop.

I'm looking for a big NZ tropical fruit thing but I don't want it to come off like a generic juicy fruit mess (if that makes sense). I've only used Nelson before so I'm not exactly sure what to expect (besides a lot of tropical fruit) from the other hops. Obviously, I don't have to use all 4 hops.

Any feedback is appreciated.
Cheers!

Pacifica is a good hop offers some orangy marmalade type thing. Motels has some spice to it as its a saaz variety. I don't know enough about wakatu
