Need Help making a honey blond ale

So recently i took a trip to san louis obispo california while there i had a beer called 805 honey blond ale it is a beer that is not sold here in oregon that they are only keeping local i have a six pack of the beer i want to try to copy the beer to make at home i need someone who is local in medford oregon that makes homemade beer that would be willing to attempt to copy the beer i will pay for ingredients for it to be made please respond to this thread
beer is very smooth
no hoppy taste
has a slight honey hint but not strong to make it sweet
