I will be running a 3 burner herms. MT will have the option for direct fire as i usually heat my strike water in it anyway, plus helpful for steps. Mash will constantly be pumped through the herms coil in the hlt.

parts ill be using.
3 -24vac gas valves with standing pilots
24vac converter
2- mypin TA4 PID in on/off mode MT and HLT
bk will be simple 2 position switch , on/off
2- 3 position switch for the PID - hand-off-auto
3- 2 position pump switches besides the 2 normal pumps i run a submersible part of the year for chilling. (funny thing is i do it for the winter time) -Considering lighted pushbuttons for these.

still not decided on
alarm buzzer/switches.
which switch for emergency off. would just a mushroom NC switch work?
do i want pilot lights to visually see when the call for heat is sent?

what am i missing?

Thanks in advance

Use push buttons for the pumps - they are easier to turn off in a hurry
For power and e-stop use a green momentary for, your mushroom momentary for off and a relay. The method used is a simple latching circuit.

Pilot lights are a very nice to have.
