I brew all grain and I need a quick recipe. I have 4 weeks and and include carb time (forced carb). I already am making biermuchers centennial blonde. But I need something else. These batches are 15 gal AG. and I can store at any temp. Any ideas would be awesome!
 
You should be able to turn around any moderate pale ale in 4 weeks with a force carb, if you have a correctly sized yeast pitch of a high occupation yeast and fermentation temperature control. 1 week fermentation, 1 week cleanup in primary/secondary and dry hop, 2 weeks to carb and settle.
