Need a fast recipe for the masses

I brew all grain and I need a quick recipe. I have 4 weeks and and include carb time (forced carb). I already am making biermuchers centennial blonde. But I need something else. These batches are 15 gal AG. and I can store at any temp. Any ideas would be awesome!

I would definitely recommend John Palmer's Elevenses. Fast turn around, very drinkable but satisfying and full taste.

Maybe not very popular anymore, but you don't get a faster turnaround than a dark mild. You can ferment this in three days and have it conditioned in cask within two weeks of brewing.

Great choice! But, I didn't find mine was that quick. More like 8 weeks +.

I bottled from a keg and won a silver medal with a very similar recipe about a month ago. I should have just left the recipe as it was being as I got marked down for color.

You should be able to turn around any moderate pale ale in 4 weeks with a force carb, if you have a correctly sized yeast pitch of a high occupation yeast and fermentation temperature control. 1 week fermentation, 1 week cleanup in primary/secondary and dry hop, 2 weeks to carb and settle.
