Does anyone have a good hop combo for a New England IPA that doesnt use citra hops? I'm looking for any suggestions. I'm guessing I'm going to go with Mosaic, Amarillo, and simcoe ? I dont want to use Mandarina Bavaria or Citra

Galaxy and Amarillo and simcoe. mmmmm

Galaxy and vic secret (galactic titties)

I just used the vic secret and am VERY pleased with the aroma from them, however it was not in a NEIPA, it was in a pale ale, but I did use 2.75oz worth for the dry hop. So my comment is more about the tropical fruit forward aroma, and boy is it delicious!

Something like Columbus as a bittering hop then mosiac or galaxy in the dry hopping stage are my favorites.

Your idea of Mosaic/Amarillo/Simcoe is a good one.

I have done one as follows that I liked;
Flame out - 1:1:1 Centennial/Amarillo/Simcoe
160 degree hop stand - 1:1:1 Centennial/Amarillo/Simcoe
Dry Hop day 3-4 - 1.5:1.5 Amarillo/Simcoe
Dry Hop day 8-9 - 1.5:1.5 Amarillo/Simcoe
Keg Day 14 or so

azacca is a great one as well. amarillo, el dorado, simcoe, mosaic, nelson, galaxy, etc etc
