I have long enjoyed rye beers but being an extract brewery I have never brewed one before. I just came across NB's Rye Malt Syrup and was wondering what some reviews are of it.
Also with its 70-20-10 ration of 2-Row, Rye, and Caramel 40L would you just use 100% extract or would you still use some additional specialty grains if making an APA/IPA with it?
