NB's Rye Malt Syrup

I have long enjoyed rye beers but being an extract brewery I have never brewed one before. I just came across NB's Rye Malt Syrup and was wondering what some reviews are of it.

Also with its 70-20-10 ration of 2-Row, Rye, and Caramel 40L would you just use 100% extract or would you still use some additional specialty grains if making an APA/IPA with it?

I like using some carapils, personally.
I'm going to be making a saison with this extract. It's going to be a mixed fermentation with brett that I'm going to let go for three months, so it will be some time before i can give my opinion.
