Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some timing advice on the NB Black IPA extract (LME) kit. I purchased the kit about a month ago, and the date on the box is Jan 18th, 2012. I will be leaving town on the 25th for one month, and I'm trying to decide if I should brew it today and then keg it before I leave (a week from today). Do you think this will give it enough time, and if not, would it finish OK in the corny keg? Would it be better to wait another month before I brew it, brew it today and leave it in the primary until I get home (Jul 28th), or could I brew it today and keg it before I leave?

Thanks for any advice you have!

Yep, I think you're right. I forgot about the dry hop, so I will brew today, move to secondary in a week, and then dry hop when I get back. Thanks for the input!
