I wanted to do something Belgian-ish with what I had so this is what I put together.

3 lb Dark Munich LME
1.5 lb Light Munich LME
1.0 lb Vienna Malt
.5 lb Pilsner Malt
.5 lb CaraMunich
.250. Lb Special B
.5 lb flaked Maize
1.0 oz Sterian Goldings for 60 min.

Anyone have any idea what to expect. I did a three step mini mash on the grains.

Thanks

It looks like a Belgian amber or brown ale to me. Should come out spicy and malty, slightly fruity. Good style for spring.

Thanks for the reply. How do you think this would be to secondary on some raspberries?
