Got to be honest, it looks good but I think I let it go a little to long for my likes. It's boozy almost like a wine. Easy sippin for sure and good apple taste, but not a quick chugging thirst quencher. Next time I won't let it sit for two months.
 
Looks awesome! What is your plan next time to be less boozy: Stop fermentation earlier? Different yeast? Just rack to secondary earlier?
 
I left it in my secondary for 2+ months, I guess I got lazy or just never had a chance to bottle. I just went with some Winco store brand cider, some raspberry honey (2lbs.) also from Winco, Nottingham yeast and back sweetened with Winco frozen Apple juice concentrate. My bottles have been sitting at room temp for about a week now and they haven't really carbed up to where I like it. I think I pulled the juice off the yeast so well that there is not much left in the bottles for them to carb up. Time will tell.
