I left it in my secondary for 2+ months, I guess I got lazy or just never had a chance to bottle. I just went with some Winco store brand cider, some raspberry honey (2lbs.) also from Winco, Nottingham yeast and back sweetened with Winco frozen Apple juice concentrate. My bottles have been sitting at room temp for about a week now and they haven't really carbed up to where I like it. I think I pulled the juice off the yeast so well that there is not much left in the bottles for them to carb up. Time will tell.
