Finally broke down and ordered the parts to assemble my keezer.

When I first bought the freezer from a Craig's List ad I rewired the thermostat circuit with a PID.

The collar was assembled from some cheap pine and coated with a quick spray of stain/poly.

After the collar was put in place and the taps were installed I discovered that I had not taken into account how much of the shanks were needed for the tail piece nuts. I had to take the collar back off and countersink the brass nuts the next day.

Oh well, all done now.

Just in time for the 3 kegs to carb up. :ban:
 
Thanks, I'm thinking about adding a hook on the regulator mount to hang the unused hoses from. The gauge on the serving side also needs to be replaced, it's reading higher than what is being put out.
