I make this every year especially when it starts warming up. It is loosely based off Kona big wave.

9 lbs 2 row
1 lb c20

Mash at 152 for an hour

.5 ounces of magnum at 30 minutes for clean bittering

1 ounce of Citra at 5 minutes
1 ounce Galaxy at 5 minutes
Dry hop with one ounce each Citra and Galaxy when FG is reached.

Fermented with 34/70 at 60 degrees
OG for me was 1.052
FG finished at 1.008

Very crushable, clear and tasty.
