I got a chance to brew yesterday but I had no yeast to pitch. Then I realized that I have LOTS of yeast at the bottom of my cold bottled beers so I drank 4 beers during my brew day and saved the dregs. When my wort had boiled a while I drew off 2 qts of it, I cooled it in an icebath and then I poured the cool wort into a one gallon glass jug and then I added the dregs from those 4 bottles. The next morning I pitched my starter into the fermenter and 6 hours later the fermentation was rolling. :ban:
