Ha, me too. But it was because a buddy threw a couple of cones in the can when I wasn't looking.

Well its like 6# barley, 2# rice, 2# corn sugar... for 10 gallons! Or maybe 8# barley... I don't have beersmith here right now. Add US-05, give it a few weeks, and voila! Lite beer. Bitter to <10 IBU and there you have it. Main flavor: carbonation!
