Hi!
I am thinking about american pilsner recipe...

5 gallons
OG:1051
OF: 1013
IBU: 49

9 pounds Pilsner malt

20 IBU Citra at 90 minutes
7 IBU Columbus at 30 minutes
15 IBU Columbus at 20 minutes
7 IBU Nugget at 10 minutes
1/2 ounce of Citra at end of boil
1/2 ounce each Citra and Nugget Dry Hop

Dry Yeast Saflager W-34/70

Mash at 150F for 60 minutes. Boil for 90 minutes.

What do you thing?

By the way, this is my water profile, ppm:

Bicarbonate: 7
Chloride: 0.87
Calcium: 2.73
Magnesium: 0.39
Sodium: 2.55
Sulfate: 12
PH: 7.3

I'll just add some Calcium Chloride to achive 100ppm of Calcium, more or less, is right?

That's not a bad recipe there. This might be a nit pick but I don't see what the 30 min hop addition is getting you. I would make it 22 IBU Columbus at 20 min.

Let us know how it turns out!

Thanks beeber. I will do that, 22 IBU of Columbus at 20 minutes.

And about water? Anyone can help me?

With a pils, you want to go very soft on the water. You could brew a decent one with distilled or RO water. Depending on your water, I'd go with a half to a gallon of city water diluted the rest of the way with distilled, but I'm not really into calculating out each mineral individually.
