I'm about to get a 22 cu ft chest freezer pretty much given to me....
I'm swapping my current freezer/ferment chamber for it.
I want to be able to lager and ferment in the same freezer (cause it's honking HUGE) so I want different temps for carboys/buckets/kegs/corndogs.
I have found a few threads that address the topic somewhat, but few that fit my questions.
So with no further ado, my questions:
1) Can I get Pics of your multi-chamber chest freezer fermentation chamber?
2) Are the multiple zones accomplished with foam dividers and heaters, or insulating jackets and fermentor wraps?
3) Has anyone attempted something pretty far out there, like cutting holes in the freezer and ducting to another chamber? (pics or it didn't happen)
