I was wondering if I could move the carboy to room temp (72-75) after 10 days in the ferm chamber (64*) to make room. I will be using a small fridge (do to space) and it can only fit one carboy at a time. So I was thinking that once one is done fermenting around 10 days or so, I could take that out and put a new one in. Anybody do this or any concerns??? Thanks

Most of the ill-effects of high ferm temps occur during the active fermentation stage. You could probably move it before ten days if you like, with little or no ill-effects.

Agreed. A little warmth will provide a boost so the clean up process completes strongly.
