Im making an irish red ale extract brew 5 gallon.
Just wondering did anyone ever try centennial or cascade hops with Mt.hood hops in the boil???
If yes did your beer turn out/taste good.
My recipe :
Steep for 30 mins in 67c water and i teabag sparge for 10 mins 80c water transfer to boiler add 2 cans of LME and top up boiler to 26L and start the boil
170g Crystal 82 EBC
170g Crystal Malt 250 EBC
40g Roast Barley
2 x 1.5kg LME
Hops
Mt hood 1.3oz 60mins
