So today I get an email from MoreBeer. They are giving me a coupon for $20 because they determined one of my orders in the last 6 months was delivered after the date stated on their website.
I do remember the order but it was not a big deal as I usually order 3-4 batches ahead and always order at least 30# of grains.
Totally impressed with the fact that they are aware of when customers receive orders.
