Could I get some feedback on this recipe? It is the MoreBeer Barley Wine kit with some additions. Too sweet? I plan to primary for 2-3 months then secondary for 3-6 months.

My additions:
3lbs of 2 row
1lb of pure Maple syrup
extended boil to 90 minutes
2nd yeast pack
(Additions were made to raise the ABV and IBU's)

Make a big honkin starter! I would also suggest your maple addition should be moved as late as possible to help preserve some of its flavor. If not just add some simple sugar instead it's a lot cheaper. Good luck
