Hey all.
Im experimenting with adding body to apfelwein (which I know makes it not apfelwein).
id like a slightly sweeter product with more body and will be making my next batch with 2lbs of extra light DME in place of the dextrose.
will I have to worry about krausen now, or is krausen determined only by the yeast?
