The mini fridge that I use for my fermentation chamber has developed some mold in various places after not using it for a month or two. The issue I'm having is that the door is currently cardboard on the inside because I had to rip out the shelving to make space. I'm thinking that once I clean off the mold, I'd like to put something over top the cardboard so it's easier to clean and will last longer. I was thinking something like what I've linked to below. Has anyone done something like this?

To touch on another subject....make sure you unplug and leave the door open when not using the fermentation fridge. This will cut down/stop the mold problem.
