New brewer, this will potentially be my 3rd batch. Looking for your thoughts on this one..

Malt Extracts:
2 lbs Bulk Malt - Pilsen Light
DME Briess Pilsen Light 3lb

Steeping grains
Briess 2-row Brewers Malt - 1 lb
Millet 1lb

Adjuncts
Malto Dextrin 8oz
Honey 8oz at flame out or to fermenter?

Hops:
Pellet Hops Willamette 1 oz bittering
Pellet Hops Cascade 1 oz (0.5 oz at 5 min, 0.5oz dry hop)

Dry Yeast: Safale US-05 Yeast

Looks nice - should be interesting, I've never brewed with millet. For your honey addition, when I brew our English-style pale ale with honey, I add the honey to the kettle, at the end of the boil. I add it by ladling hot wort into a bowl and thoroughly dissolving the honey into the hot liquid, before pouring it into the kettle.

Good luck!

Thanks for the feedback. I'm thinking of going with flaked oats instead of millet, but who knows. I also dropped the LME in favor of a mini mash of a total of 4lbs of two row with the millet/oats.
