Well, I've spent the last month building my system. I used some tips from various threads on this site, but I made a good amount of adjustments as well. Here is what I ended up with:
Built the kettle from a Bayou Fryer. I'll use the basket for my grains (I have a custom bag on its way). The pulley system came from Lowes. The swing set was my daughters at one point, but had to reinforce it a bit. If you want any more info, please ask!
