Target 1.057 actual 1.045. Was aiming for a 150 mash was 155 so I added cold water and got it to 150 in 5-6 minutes. Only my 3rd AG brew so still getting things dialed in.
I only have wheat dme on hand. If I add a pound to a pale ale recipe how badly will it effect the flavor. There are 4.25 oz of citra in the recipe so I figure the hops will be the dominant flavor no matter what.
