What would be the recommended size for a mini-fridge to be able to store 2 corny kegs in it? I have seen a 3.2 and 4.5 cubic foot on craigslist, but not sure which will hold the kegs.

Ball-lock and pin-lock kegs are different heights than each other, and different brands might have different handles on top, so this is a little difficult to answer. You'll want to take a measuring tape to your own keg to be certain of its height, then check the inner height of the fridge before purchasing.
I use a wine fridge with all the shelves taken out. Just enough room for two ball-lock kegs up front and the CO2 tank sits on the hump in the back.
