Bottled my hop-stash black IPA in a batch of miller fortune bottles. They feel hefty , but as I found it was really easy to snap the glass right below the cap rim. I used basic caps and my red Barron two handled capper. Anybody else?

I've found certain bottles just don't hold up for me, as you mentioned they break below the cap. It's usually when I open them and not when I cap them though. Try to be a little more gentle when you cap, maybe don't use that particular bottle/cap combination.

When you cap, try not to put too much of your body weight on them too.

Good luck.
