So I am mainly an extract brewer but I am looking for a pm recipe for a ale version of say corona for a party I am haveing in 2 months I do not have lager abilitys but can keep it at the lower end of ale temps

Essentially you'd be making a cream ale version, Speckled Heifer from Northern Brewer is great and they give a PM recipe.

Midwest sells a Mexican extract kit, it's not a lager. I think its only a 20 min boil also.
