I'm finally going to brew this up as my first 12 gallon keggle brew and the first Amber I've made.
12 Gallons
Yeast WL 001 Cali Ale
Yeast Starter: Yes
OG: 1.055
FG: 1.012
SRM 13.3
IBU: 51.9
Grain:
20lbs Pale 2 row 80%
2lbs Munich 8%
1lb Caramel 40 4%
.75lb Victory 3%
.5 Cara-Pils 2%
.5 Caramel 120 2%
.25 Chocolate 1%
Boil 75 mins
Hops:
1.5oz Columbus 60 mins 32.2 IBU
2oz Centennial 20 mins 15.9 IBU
2oz Cascade 3 mins 2.2 IBU
1oz Centennial 3 mins 1.6 IBU
Dry Hop oz of ea. Centennial & Cascade
Mash @ 152 60 mins
Sparge as normal
I hope it tastes as delicious as it looks on paper damn it!
