The plastic thread on my march pump broke off. I don't see anyway to fix it, and I hate to toss a perfectly go motor. Would the 1/25 hp motor be enough to power a mill? I've see other builds use a 1/3 hp motor, but they also had to use pulleys to lower the rpm's. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Just buy a stainless Chugger head. It's like having a new pump.

That 1/25 HP is not enough to drive a mill.
Harbor Freight's 1/2" Heavy Duty drill, with the yellow variable speed wheel (!) is your ticket for milling.

I agree, you are probably better off getting a new head for your pump. 1/25 HP is not going to be enough to mill grain.
