The only thing jumping out at me is if your losing 1.24gallons between post boil and bottling your losing quite a bit if finished beer there. Other than that looks ok to me.

I didn't set any of the volumes. Was just messing with ingredients.

Use more hops man. Especially more Citra - flameout and dry. Just my two cents.

So I ended up going with 3/4oz Chinook to bitter, and bumped all the cascade/citra to 1/3oz a piece. I think I want to up the dry hop, too. Maybe 2oz citra with 1oz cascade?

Just transferred to secondary and dry hopped this one. It has a great color to it and is really tasty so far. Looks like it is finishing up at 1.013, which will put it around 5.4%. Right around what I was looking for. Hopefully I didn't go overboard on the dry hops, but I want it to be real aromatic. I dropped in:

2oz Citra
1oz Cascade
.5oz Amarillo (because it was there?)

Not possible to go overboard with dry hopping.

But seriously, you'll get mostly citra from that combo, it's a bully. I did 1 oz citra and 2 oz amarillo a while back and still got more citra aroma than amarillo. Of course, that is far from a bad thing, it's just how it goes.

Let us know how it turns out!

This beer came out great! Only a few bottles left,so I will be brewing it again soon! This time to keg so I can put it in my new keezer!
