What’s good everybody? Planning out a big party n need to make sure we got enough brew to keep it lit. Ben thinking bout a bud platinum type beer like something better than ur standard oe, hurricane whatever. Thinking imma do like 6.6lbs golden extract n 2 gallons of water in 2 pots. What y’all think, am I doing this right?

6.6 lbs of extract in two gallons will give you a starting gravity of over 1.120 which is way too high for what you want.
