Hey guys! I'm looking for any kind of information you can give me on this beer. It's hard to find something online.
Does the apple taste come from actual apple, or cider, or juice? I have no experience brewing with apple and so I'm looking for the most intense smell and taste of apples in this.
What timing is better for this? Mash, boil, primary or secondary? Quantities? What yeast to keep it very clean and fruity and not a big dry finish?
