and am also making mead since honey is cheapish around 3$ a kilogram no varietals. its great to have this huge resource for helping me in my homebrewing jounrey to find that one beer.
brewing in the philippines is difficult since there are barely a handful of us that i have heard of, and they tried to open a club but i haven't heard anything from them. its like im lost at sea.
